Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern your purchase of items from MitiMarkets ("MitiMarkets", "we", "us"), at mitimarkets.com (the "Site"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please also review our Returns & Refunds, Authenticity Guarantee, and Privacy Policy.

Accounts

You must create an account and verify your email address to complete a purchase. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. You do not need an account to generate a referral link.

Our items

Each listing states the item's condition, materials, and included accessories to the best of our knowledge. Colors may vary slightly from photographs. Stock is limited and an item may sell out; a sold-out listing may remain visible so you can check back.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. You pay the full listed price at checkout. Any applicable taxes and shipping are shown or arranged as described at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Order acceptance

Your order is confirmed only when payment succeeds; until then, no sale has been made. Listings are subject to availability, and an item can sell out before an order is placed or completed. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will not charge you for it (or will refund you if a charge was taken).

Referral rewards

Each listing may carry a referral reward pool. If the eventual buyer arrived through your referral chain, you and others in that chain may be owed a share of the pool, calculated as described on our How It Works page. An item's referral reward pool is tied to its price and may change at any time, including when the item's price changes; the amount shown is the current reward, and the reward that applies to any purchase is the amount in effect at the time that sale completes. Rewards are a real obligation once an item actually sells, but they are paid manually, out of band (for example by Zelle, Venmo, or check) after the sale completes — they are not automatically disbursed or applied as a checkout discount. You are responsible for any taxes on rewards you receive; where required by law, we may request tax information and issue tax forms (such as a U.S. Form 1099) before paying rewards above reporting thresholds. Rewards may be withheld or reversed for fraud, self-dealing, fake accounts, or other attempts to game the referral system.

Shipping

We collect a shipping address at checkout and arrange shipping after your purchase is confirmed. High-value items may ship insured and require signature on delivery. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier unless required otherwise by law.

Returns and authenticity

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. Every item is backed by our Authenticity Guarantee.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by creating fake accounts, manipulating referral chains, scraping, or interfering with its operation.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated (including our Authenticity Guarantee), items are sold "as is," and the Site is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the item.
